The garden was beautiful with plenty of seating to relax. the breakfast was very extensive and tasty. the location was great, close to the river and easy access to nearby attractions. the free canoe was fun.
The room was not up to our standards. the bedding was old and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The room we booked was a great size and had a beautiful, comfortable bed. The location was also ideal as it provided beautiful views of the river and the surrounding gardens were well maintained. the hosts were very helpful and offered great recommendations for nearby activities and restaurants.
Our stay was marred by the lack of cleanliness in our room. We found hair on our pillow and in the shower.

The exclusive amenities of this hotel exceeded my expectations. the room offered luxurious furnishings and private facilities, while the outdoor dining area provided a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape. the service was impeccable, with the hosts going out of their way to ensure my comfort.
My only minor issue was the distance from the main part of Paihia, which required a short drive to access local amenities. this was not a significant inconvenience and did not detract from my overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at a B&B set in beautiful countryside with a stunning garden full of trees and right beside a river. the room was clean, comfortable and had a private entrance. the breakfast was creative and delicious, served in a lovely living room with great views. the host was incredibly welcoming, always surprising us with little treats and extras. We even got to go kayaking on the river! the location was perfect, close to everything the area had to offer and the nature around us was just breathtaking.
There was nothing negative about this B&B, it was simply perfect in every way.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean and had great facilities including parking and access to transportation. The location was perfect with beautiful gardens and a small river. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly.
Absolutely nothing.
